Standard Smart Motor The standard smart motor can work directly with a remote. There are two options for remotes, a 5-channel or a 15-channel programmable remote. The 5-channel remote can control a maximum of 5 shades simultaneously, and the 15-channel remote can control a maximum of 15 shades at the same time. Smart Motor for Alexa The Alexa Smart Motor can directly work with 5 versions of Alexa, including Echo Plus 2nd Gen, Echo Show 2nd Gen, Echo Studio, Echo Show 10, and Echo 4th Gen. This allows complete automation with voice commands to open and close the blinds. It can also be connected with Google Home via ZigBee Hub. Smart Motor for Z-wave This motor uses the Z-Wave communication protocol, which is widely used by many smart home platforms, including Samsung SmartThings, Home Assistant, and Habitat.
